It has now been a year since these contests were posted, and I would like to thank all of you for responding in such high volumes. Each contest winner has already been notified and received prizes, but there were so many of you that wrote with partially-completed entries that we have decided to extend the contests indefinitely. In addition, we will periodically update this site with tips on the remaining clues that have not been found. See the details under each contest, and thank you again for all of your enthusiasm! |

Contest 1 -- Movie ReferencesSeveral winners identified the majority of the movie references, although there are five films that are so obtusely hidden in the book that no one has yet found them. In a few weeks we will publish the cinema titles that have been found, allowing those of you who have not discovered the remaining five secret titles to have another go. Contest 2 -- Books, records, and music referencesA large number of you correctly identified many book, record, and music references. However, there are still several hidden gems that have yet to be unearthed. Those of you who have already submitted your semi-completed findings now have an opportunity to present your completed discoveries. Those of you who have not had a chance to submit anything can use the extended time as an opportunity to do so. |
